RETURNS
To return a faulty DVD or CD, simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they arrive in can be used for the return).
Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 30 days from receipt of goods.
REFUNDS
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management on a case by case basis
